* PROCESSOR *
The holder of the treatment is ALPSS SRL in the person of its legal representative pro tempore.
Responsible for the processing of personal data are the officials listed in the prospectus available from the offices of ALPSS Ltd, in relation to their area of

expertise.

* PURPOSE 'OF TREATMENT *
  The data collected, processed lawfully and fairly, will be used by ALPSS SRL, with your consent, solely and exclusively for institutional purposes described

below:

CONSENT REQUIRED
  1. to provide the services managed by ALPSS SRL, directly or through third parties, mainly related to the organization and sale of tourist packages and tourist

services and, in particular, to implement a service or one or more contractually agreed, as well as the proposal to extend the service to additional performances

may be activated after the conclusion of the contract;
  2. to provide those companies with whom ALPSS SRL has entered / will enter into trade agreements the information necessary for the provision of the services

requested by you;
  3. for reasons of operational management and internal ALPSS SRL and related to the service, with particular, but not exclusive, reference to auditing of ALPSS

SRL
  4. to perform, in general, required by law;

VOLUNTARY CONSENT
  5. to - through a third party - the sending of newsletters
  and commercial offers ALPSS SRL through letters, phone, email, etc.. - To provide information relating to products or services ALPSS SRL or its partners, and

other opportunities we deem of potential interest;
  6. to process - also through third parties - aggregate statistics about sales, customers, traffic patterns and other information and communicate these

statistics to third parties. The statistics do not include any information which could lead to the identification of customers;
You are free to pay or not to consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes mentioned above. However, we inform you that your consent to the

processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in points 1, 2, 3 and 4 is a necessary condition of the requested service to ALPSS SRL that in the event

of denial, it will be unable to perform 'appointment made.

* CLASSES OF PERSONS TO WHOM THE DATA MAY BE DISCLOSED *
  The data provided by you may be disclosed pursuant to the purposes described above to:
1. companies that perform services for the organization and sale of tourist packages and travel services with which ALPSS SRL has entered / will enter into

commercial agreements for the execution of the dispositions received from you, or for the provision of the services requested by you (accommodation, airlines,

tour operators, etc.).;
2. companies that perform services for managing, processing and maintenance of software and data base management;
3. company engaged in the transmission, enveloping, transport and delivery of communications to customers;
4. companies that perform services for archiving of documentation on relationships with customers;
5. debt collection company;
6. company management of payment services, credit cards, etc..;
7. company in charge of auditing activities;
8. survey company about: level of services provided, customer satisfaction, new product offerings, etc.;
9. business associations and / or category.

* METHOD 'OF DATA *
ALPSS SRL ensures the use of suitable tools to guarantee the absolute security and confidentiality of personal data supplied by you. The data processing can be

performed through manual, computerized or telematic instruments designed to memorize, manage and transmit the data, in accordance with logic strictly related to

the purposes of treatment.
  The Controller handles your personal data and processes them either directly or through the work of other people acting as a Controller inside or possibly

outside the structure of the Holder, or as any other Officers.
In any case, your data will not be disclosed.

* RIGHTS *
ALPSS SRL, in full compliance with the provisions of Article 7 and 8 of the Privacy Code, hereby informs you that you have the right:
a) to confirm the existence of personal data concerning you, to be placed at your disposal in an intelligible form;
  b) to know the source of data that concern you;
  c) to know the purposes and methods of treatment;
  d) to know the logic applied in case of treatment with electronic instruments;
  e) to know the details of the owner and managers of treatment;
  f) to know the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or agents;
  g) updating, rectification or integration of personal data that concern you;
  h) cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of personal data concerning you, whose processing is carried out in violation of the law;
  i) to obtain certification that the operations in letters g) and h) where carried out have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data were

communicated;
  j) to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of data pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
  k) to object to the processing of data provided for the purpose of sending advertising materials or for the purpose of commercial information, direct sales, or

carrying out market surveys.
To exercise your rights under Article 7 of the Privacy Code as summarized above, the customer may contact ALPSS SRL with the procedures laid down in Articles 8

and 9 of the Code, and preferably by registered A / R, thus addressed:
